Dazu gehören die Regionen um Oldenburg, Wilhelmshaven, Leer, Emden, Inseln, Aurich, Wittmund, Friesland, Ammerland, Wesermarsch (südlich), Emsland, Cloppenburg (nördlich). Das Internet vor Web 2.0 war eine Einbahnstraße, das soll sich ab sofort mit unserem Regional – 26 Portal ändern.
